Anabella Troconis is a Venezuelan artist named MONDI anabellamondi.com who has a natural eye for real estate and discovering new opportunities in cultural placemaking and land acquisition.
She has invested in her own Real Estate Portfolio and has created a community in Pinecrest around her coffee shop and music MONDI Coffee Bar.
In 2026, she decided to create her own Team at Cervera Real Estate focused in customers that want to create community, cultural placemaking and invest in unique opportunities that will be well protected in properties or land. With Indira Barrios, she found the perfect partner with the financing expertise of many decades in the bank system.

Holding a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Senior Management and Service, she spent over 25 years in the financial sector—including five years in International Banking and Mortgage Lending for Foreign Nationals. She possesses extensive expertise in commercial and service-oriented fields, focusing on both individual and corporate clients, and demonstrates strong leadership in managing sales and service teams, guiding them toward achieving extraordinary results.
Her core strengths include team leadership, assertive communication, negotiation and deal-closing capabilities, self-control, a service-oriented mindset, a natural aptitude for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively navigate difficult conversations with both clients and team members.
